Current plans include a range of commercial, retail and office spaces, from approximately 150 sq ft for a small store, studio, treatment room or individual office, through to commercial spaces of anything up to 10,000 sq ft.

A Place to Build Your Business and a More Sustainable Future
As part of Project Regeneration’s Living Laboratory, we will be restoring five historic buildings and creating three new buildings: an apartment house, a barn extension and retail spaces.
This mix of historic restoration and new construction will provide a real-world showcase for sustainable materials, renewable-energy systems and low-energy building techniques. Through demonstrations, professional visits, training and events, there will be opportunities to show how these approaches work in practice.
At the heart of the development, within a 170-year-old timber-framed barn, will be the Regeneration Hub. Here, we are looking to build a carefully selected community of businesses and entrepreneurs working in renewable energy, sustainable design and technology.
This curated group of experts, working individually and collaboratively throughout the Hudson Valley, will comprise complementary specialists across architecture, engineering, renewable energy, sustainable materials, building performance and environmental innovation. Working alongside one another will create opportunities to share clients, make referrals, develop joint proposals and deliver projects together. For customers, the Hub will become a destination for the expertise needed to turn a sustainable building idea into reality.

Commercial and Retail Space
Our ambition is to create one of the most distinctive mixed-use developments in the Catskills: a place that supports local businesses, creates new jobs, provides much-needed homes and demonstrates how historic buildings and new
construction can work together to reduce energy use and reliance on fossil fuels.
Historic buildings will be carefully restored and adapted, blending well with complementary new buildings. Alongside
essential housing, the three-acre campus will include community facilities, a publicly accessible park, offices, commercial and retail spaces.
Project Regeneration will become a connected community where businesses, residents, educators, practitioners and organisations will work alongside one
another in a beautiful, walkable setting, close to the center of Woodstock.
